British Isles and Weather Forecasts

I've started working out the meaning of British weather forecasts:

Symbol  Rain % = Reality

☀️              <5%  = Glimpse of sun with rain

🌤              10%  = Rain with glimpse of sun

🌥              20%  = Rain with with light gloom

☁️              40%  = Rain mixed with drizzle

🌦              70%  = Steady rain, gloomy 

🌧              90%  = Downpour & fog
